Registration Requirements:
DOCTORAL PROGRAM
- Submit a legalized copy of the S1 (1 sheet) and S2 (3 sheets) diplomas;
- Submit a copy of the legalized transcript of S1 (1 sheet) and S2 (3 sheets) with a minimum GPA of 3.0 (on a scale of 4);
- Submit a copy of the Equalization Certificate from Dikti / Ministry of Religion for Foreign Graduates, as many as 3 sheets
- Submit a copy of the SK and Certificate of Accreditation from BAN-PT, as many as 3 copies
- Colored and recent photos measuring 2×3 and 3×4, 3 sheets each;
- Fill out the registration form that has been provided.
- Submit copies of KTP (identity card), KK (family card), and passport for foreigners, 3 sheets each.
- Submit a letter of recommendation from leaders or community leaders who have the qualifications to assess the competence of prospective students’ academic grades, which has been provided on the registration form.
- Make a statement letter of willingness to pay for tuition fees during the study period (if borne alone);
- Submit a letter of permission from the institution where you work;
- Submit a health certificate from an authorized doctor;
- Pay the registration fee of Rp. 600,000.
- Files are submitted directly to the Secretariat of the Postgraduate School in hardcopy and softcopy (email: pascasarjana@uika-bogor.ac.id).
MASTER PROGRAM
- Submit a copy of the D4 / S1 diploma copy that has been legalized as many as 3 sheets;
- Submit 3 copies of legalized copies of D4 / S1 transcripts;
- Submit a copy of the Equalization Certificate from Dikti / Ministry of Religion for Foreign Graduates, as many as 3 sheets

INTERNATIONAL CLASS OF ISLAMIC RELIGIOUS EDUCATION PROGRAM (S2)
- Submitting 3 copies of legalized D4/S1 diplomas;
- Submitting 3 copies of legalized D4/S1 transcripts;
- Submitting 3 copies of equivalent Diplomas from Dikti/Kemenag for Overseas Graduates
- Submitting 3 copies of SK and Accreditation Certificates from BAN-PT
- Recent colored photos measuring 2×3 and 3×4, 3 copies each;
- Filling out the registration form provided;
- Submitting copies of KTP (Resident Identity Card), KK (Family Card) and Passport for Foreigners, 3 copies each;
- Submitting a letter of recommendation from a leader or community leader who has the qualifications to assess the academic competency of prospective students, which has been provided on the registration form;
- Making a statement of ability to finance college during the study period (if borne by yourself);
- Submit a permit letter from the agency where you work;
- Submit a health certificate from an authorized doctor;
- Pay a registration fee of Rp. 500,000,-
- Files are submitted directly to the Postgraduate School secretariat in hardcopy and softcopy (email: sarjana@uika-bogor.ac.id).
Note: The class will be opened if it meets the quota of at least 15 students.
STUDENT CONVERSION REQUIREMENTS
- Original legalized photocopy of academic transcript;
- Minimum GPA of 3.00;
- Certificate of transfer from the original university (original);
- Certificate of transfer from Kopertis for PTS across Kopertis;
- Attach the original KTM along with a photocopy.
- Print Out of data from the Higher Education Database (PDPT)-DIKTI;
- Accreditation status (certificate);
